Between Oroville & Seattle or SpokaneTo get to Oroville via public transportation, take the Appleline bus from Ellensburg or Wenatchee to Omak. This bus arrives in Omak at 4:45 PM. Then take the Omak - Oroville bus that leaves Omak at 5:30pm and arrives in Oroville at 6:15pm. For scheduling information, see below. The return trip is a bit more complicated because of the early departure of the Appline bus from Omak.
Bus leaves the 76 station (Central & Main) at 7:30am, 1:30pm, & 6:30pm Monday through Friday. Return trip leaves OMAK at 6 AM, Noon, and 5:30pm. Arrives in Omak 75 minutes later and will drop you off at one of three locations. For those taking the bus the next morning to Wenatchee or Ellensberg, consider staying at a motel near the starting point. Tickets can be purchased online, at Havillah Printing (23 E. Apple), or after arrival in Wenatchee (must prove to driver you have the funds).
